The most common question at the moment for Mailmark is: Why has my machine frozed on the download? Well basically this is due to so many people trying to download the rates at once so if you keep trying it should eventually download the rates and be ready for you to use.
As soon as the download is complete and ready to go Mailmark will be recognised on your machines and will start straight away!
